How to Apply GCWUF Jobs?

    Application Guidelines

    Candidates applying for Sr. No. 01-10 must submit an online application form available on the university website http://www.gcwuf.edu.pk/.

    Candidates applying for Sr. No. 11-22 must submit three hard copies of the application form available in the download section on the university website or obtainable from the university reception.

    All applicants must submit three hard copies of the application form along with:

    ? Updated CV
    ? Attested copies of HEC-recognized degrees, DMCs, ID card, result cards, certificates, testimonials, and photograph (1x1)
    ? Experience certificate (if applicable)
    ? NOC (from existing job, if any)
    ? Request for age relaxation (if required)

    - Application forms should be submitted with a fee deposit slip in favor of Government College Women University, Faisalabad, NBP (0559) Fee collection Account No. 3003311185.

    Important Notes

    Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.

    Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate job application forms with necessary documents and separate processing fees.

    Candidates already in service (government or semi-government) must apply through proper channel by the due date.

    Experience certificates must be issued by the Registrar/HR Department of the Institute.

    No advantage will be given for incomplete certificates.

    The application and documents must be completed in all respects on or before the closing date fixed for each post.

    No separate call/message/email will be sent for missing documents.

    Candidates must attach HEC Equivalence Certificate(s) where applicable.

    For each post, a separate envelope should be used, and the name of the post applied for must be written on the top right corner of the envelope.

    Quota and Relaxation

    3% quota is reserved for Disabled Persons as per government directions.

    2% quota is reserved for minorities (Non-Muslims) as per government directions.

    Age relaxation in upper age limit up to five years for male candidates and up to eight years for female candidates as per government notification.

    Selection Process

    Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.

    Shortlisting of candidates shall be made in accordance with the procedure laid down by the university.

    The university reserves the right to increase or decrease seats, not fill any vacancy, or appoint a person in a lower cadre against the post advertised.

    The university is not responsible for ignored or delayed call letters/emails/messages about the test and interview schedule.

    No TA/DA will be admissible when called for an interview or test.

    In case of incorrect/false information, the candidate will be disqualified, and action will be taken under rules.

    Submission of Applications

    Duly signed complete applications along with verified certificates, degrees/transcript, experience certificates, and NOC (if applicable) must reach the Recruitment Branch, Government College Women University Faisalabad, Madina Town (Admin Block First Floor) by courier, registered post, or by hand not later than 13-06-2024.

    The portal will be closed at 12.00 p.m. on the last date.
