How to Apply for latest ECP Jobs?

  • Applicants may apply through ECP’s Online Recruitment System by visiting the link i.e. https://jobs.ecp.gov.pk/ within 35 days of the printing of the advertisement in the newspapers.
  • Applicants who apply through the online recruitment system are also required to submit a hard copy of their auto-generated applications failing which the candidates will be considered as ineligible.
  • Upper age limit relaxation, including the general 5-year relaxation, will be applicable under the Initial Appointment to Civil Posts (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 1993.
  • The Competent Authority can cancel the recruitment process at any time without giving a reason.
  • Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in Punjab.
  • Include "Date of Birth" and "District of Domicile" in the application form; incomplete applications will be rejected.
  • Applicants for Staff Car Driver/Dispatch Rider must attach a copy of their driving license.
  • Quotas for women, religious minorities, and disabled persons will be observed per government rules.
  • Government employees should apply through the proper channel.
  • No TA/DA will be provided for test/interview appearances.
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for tests/interviews.
  • The Authority may change the number of vacancies or cancel the recruitment process without explanation.
  • NITB Basic IT training/certification is mandatory for Junior Assistant (BS-13) positions and must be completed within the probation period.
