• Candidates must not be below 18 years and more than 35 years of age on the closing date of the advertisement. 
• Experience will only be considered if acquired after the minimum prescribed qualification.
• Required experience and qualifications must be completed by the closing date of the advertisement.
• Candidates must have obtained all educational certificates/diplomas/degrees from government-recognized institutions. 
• Where the prescribed qualification is 1st Div. in the final degree/certificate, only one 2nd Div. in the entire academic career from Matric onwards will be acceptable for eligibility.
• Note: 1st Div. degree means a minimum of 60% marks for annual system or CGPA 2.5 out of 4 for semester system, and 2nd Div. means a minimum of 50% marks for annual system and CGPA 2 out of 4 for semester system.
• Candidates already employed in government or semi-government organizations must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employers at the time of the test or interview.
• Selected candidates can be posted anywhere in Pakistan.
