1. Director Procurement and Contracts (1 Position)
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Supply Chain Management, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.
Foreign qualifications will be an added advantage.
Experience:
At least 15 years of post-qualification experience, including 5 years in a senior management role.
Proven expertise in managing procurement and contracts for infrastructure and donor-funded projects.
International work experience in infrastructure and flood-related projects will be considered a plus.
Must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
2. Assistant Director Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) (1 Position)
Qualifications:
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Health Sciences, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in donor-funded projects or large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably in the transport or construction sectors.
Expertise in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations, impact assessments (EIAs), and compliance with national and international EHS standards.
Proficient in stakeholder communication, preparing detailed reports, and regulatory documentation.
Must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
3. Office Assistant (1 Position)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in IT (DIT) from an HEC-recognized institution.
Skills and Experience:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in computer applications.
Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
Expertise in taking dictation and note-taking.
4. Driver (1 Position)
Qualifications:
Matriculation with a valid driving license.
Experience:
At least 2 years of professional driving experience.
Skilled in using navigation applications for route optimization.
The above positions are purely contractual, on an annual renewable basis, under an international donor-funded project.
Candidates shall have no claim for regularization of their services.
Only shortlisted candidates meeting the minimum qualification and experience requirements will be called for an interview.
Selection will be based purely on merit and subject to donor agency approval.
Domicile policy of the Government of Sindh will be applicable.
